The scenario is the the next one : 

i have to provisione an active directory with users present in fim portal and when i create the users in the active directory i initialize the password . And i want to use a file it must be like : string.file()->UnicodePwd . And if we want to change the default password we just have to modify the text file .

If you want to do this in Codeless Mode, you cannot read from file.

In this case, you need to update the outbound mapping for password field.

In classical rules (CODE) you create a variable and read the value from a config file.  Standard .NET.

In this case, you simply change the password in the config file.
